Job summary
We are looking for a Director of Operations to bring discipline and clarity to our growing shop and supply chain operations.The Director of Operations will oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and high-performance delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing and analyzing processes, overseeing team performance, maintaining budgets, ensuring excellence in customer service, and implementing strategies that align with company goals.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily shop production, logistics, and inventory management.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales & Account Management on project forecasting and resourcing.
- Resource & Capacity Planning: Oversee workforce scheduling and shop capacity planning to balance workloads.
