    Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer,


    The Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of the company, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, and overseeing all marketing activities.


    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Developing Marketing Strategies:
    Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. This involves understanding the target market, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

    Brand Management:
    Manage and enhance the company's brand image and reputation through effective brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

    Marketing Campaigns:
    Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This includes online and offline channels such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and more.

    Digital Marketing:
    Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to optimize performance.

    Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

    Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:


    Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.


    Budget Management:
    Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.

    Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals and optimize marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
    Requirements
    10 years developing national marketing strategies
    5 years leading a team and/or department
    Expert in product-led growth, product marketing, content development, brand strategies and have previous experience managing budgets and talented teams.
    Proven track record of being a doer and are continuously innovating, inspiring and pushing growth.
    Experience in a managerial role
    Strong leadership qualities
    Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life and AD&D
