    Senior Acquisition and Merger Analyst


    The Senior Acquisition and Merger Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting Mergers & Acquisitions activities, including the strategic and financial evaluation of potential targets, financial modeling, business case development, and project support for deal activity.



    Position Overview:


    • Supports the Corporate Development team across all phases of deal activity - sourcing opportunities,due diligence ,and post-close integration

    • Assists with strategic evaluation,detailed financial modeling valuation,and buy/sell side M&A business case development

    • Serves as key contributor to planning work scope,evaluation, and due diligence for acquisitions

    • Promotes collaboration with stakeholders through effective communication,written deliverables,and presentations that summarize findings

    • Maintains awareness of industry trends by researching sector/geographic performance company data utilizing internal/external resources.
