    Description

    Assembly Technician

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly. As an Assembly Technician, you will work on-site at local Retail Stores such as Home Depot, Walmart, or Lowes assembling merchandise and displays.

    About the Job

    You will assemble various products, including Barbecues, Bikes, Wheelbarrows, Lawn Tractors, Work Benches, and Furniture. Available work can fluctuate depending on the season, spiking for the Spring through Summer and then again during the Holidays.

    Job Requirements

    • Assemble products using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
    • Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
    • Check-in with Retailer management to confirm the build list and inventory.
    • Generate and complete invoices daily.
    • Reports and communicates effectively to the Area Manager.
    • Maintains a safe and clean workspace, leaving clients with a clean build area.

    Qualifications

    • Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
    • A mechanical aptitude: you are handy.
    • Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
    • A smartphone and e-mail address.
    • Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device.
    • Ability to pass a background test.
    • Ability to pass a drug test.
    • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Capable of working on your feet for extended periods.
    • Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 60+ pounds repeatedly.

    The estimated salary for this position is $17-$30 per hour, depending on productivity and performance.
