    As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join us as an Area Branch Manager, overseeing our Dallas and Arlington branches.


    Job Description:


    We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic-minded Area Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the vibrant cities of Dallas and Arlington, Texas.

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and leading a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding service to our clients and candidates.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch objectives and revenue targets.
    Lead and motivate a team of recruiters and administrative staff to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing effective solutions.
    Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
    Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
    Collaborate with corporate leadership to develop and implement best practices and initiatives.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
    Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
    Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn) is a plus.
    Ability to travel between branches in Dallas and Arlington as needed.
