- Provide first-line technical support for application and equipment issues
- Manage user application profiles, including onboarding and offboarding
- Develop and roll out dashboards and other reporting tools
- Control and manage security of corporate data
- Create and implement operating procedures, training materials, and support documentation
- Oversee new application roll outs
- Salary Range: $75-100k annually, based on experience

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-6 years' experience as a System Administrator
- Customer service oriented and comfortable working with all levels of employees
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, highly preferred
