    Description Job Description Job Description:1)

    Responsible for all inbound and outbound order planning and shipments to ensure customers orders are shipped on Time in Full and vendors shipments are received on Time in Full.2) Track and document all incoming and outgoing products3) Design and maintain trucking schedule for customer pickups and incoming receiving4) Delegate tasks to the warehouse staff to prepare outgoing orders5) Generate shipping labels and packing slips6) Handle shipment issues and communicate with truck drivers for re-scheduling/re-routing of late pickups and deliveries7) Update inventory tracking system8) Help process returns9) Help Accounting resolve trucking charges and provide proof of deliveries10) Collaborate with management to track shipping costs11) Other tasks deemed necessary by managementQualifications:1) Associate degree or higher2) Good Communication Skills3) Organized and very detail oriented. Performs tasks with accuracy and in detail.4) Basic MS Office and math skills5) Experience in shipping and receiving a plus


    SCHEDULE:
    Monday to Friday9 am to 5 pm


    PAYRATE:

    Pay rate:
