Job description
Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Woodburn, OR distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more.
You'll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.
As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:
- Earn up to $26.37/hr
- Wage dependent on experience, starting from $ $24.25 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
- Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.76 to $2.12 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
- Regular weekday hours
- A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone's safety
- Generous paid time off available at 60 days
- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to lbs
- Assist in team lifts
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
- Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
