- Perform a range of physical/manual labor duties including, but not limited to, equipment maintenance, pallet repair, loading and unloading, and other miscellaneous labor work as needed (including repetitive lifting and moving of 80+ pound objects).
- Perform general clean up around Plant, and maintains appearance of equipment.
- Operating equipment as needed, efficiently and with accuracy.
- Completes all paperwork that may be necessary; assist with Plant work as required by Plant Management.
- Completes visual and daily safety inspection of equipment to ensure safe operations.
- Other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
- Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write and speak English. Must have the ability to understand and abide by Company policies and safety rules.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but, not required.
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
- Experience with lifting heavy objects. 50 lbs +

A General Plant Laborer is responsible for most of the physical/manual labor performed on the job. This position is an entry-level position but does require the ability to do heavy lifting.
