Requirements:


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (2+ years working in role with progressive responsibilities)
3+ years automotive shop or related retail experience, including some type of prior supervisory or lead experience required
Basic understanding of performance metrics including P&L, sales, budgeting, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and safety oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior customer service skills
