Join our team in Andalusia, AL, as a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Services department and make a difference in the lives of patients during critical moments. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to provide exceptional care during night shifts on a rotating weekend schedule.

JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse - Emergency Services

SHIFT: Nights - 7PM - 7AM, rotating weekends

LOCATION: Andalusia, AL

SALARY: $41, $63,835.00

SIGNING BONUS: Yes

BONUS DESCRIPTION: $15K with 2-year commitment

RELOCATION PACKAGE: None

Must-Haves:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license in the state of Alabama.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Emergency Services nursing preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Job Description:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Services department, including assessment, triage, treatment, and discharge planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient care needs and coordinate interventions.
Administer medications, perform procedures, and assist with emergency medical treatments as needed.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Minimum Education: Associates degree Required.

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Licenses:

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.

BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire date.

ACLS required within 6 months of employment.

Benefits:
