    Title:
    Developer/ Support Engineer

    Location:
    Houston, TX / Remote

    Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve the daily production/non-production issues.
    Responsible for analysis of different support requests (Service Requests) raised across open system applications and end to end resolution.
    Should be able to manage customer expectations and communicate thoroughly through tickets and calls.
    Responsible to make code changes and push changes to code repository.
    Plan Production release activities and coordinate implementation with respective teams according to the schedule.
    Responsible to make enhancements / bug fixes if necessary to satisfy business needs.
    Refer to database to provide solutions.
    Ability to multi-task and perform effectively.
    Availability for application AVP's post changes.
    Incident Management / Problem Management.
    Agile basic knowledge.

    Must have:

    Technical:

    ReactJS or Angular, JavaScript, HTML, Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, REST API, Log4j, Database (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake), Cloud exposure, App Dynamics, OpenSearch, IDE (Eclipse or anything), Splunk, ServiceNow.


    Domain:
    Insurance and financial support services (Preferred).
