PURPOSE
Perform lumberyard related tasks involving physical labor at our warehouse located in Rochester, MN and at customer locations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Operate hand and power tools of various types such as: drill, saw, air hammers, etc
• Clean and prepare sites.
• Assist in maintaining tools and equipment: Lubricate, clean and repair. 
• Able to obtain a Forklift License through the company's training program.  
• To have proper dress attire. NO Shorts allowed.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Truck Maintenance – Report any issues to Yard Foreman or Asst. Yard foreman.
• Follow all directives of the yard Foreman/ Asst. Yard Foreman & Branch mangers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by Yard Managers.
• Read and understand warning signs and labels on construction site equipment.
• Understand and follow all company safety regulations.
• Site Cleanliness: Pick up tools, and storing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct your work and actions with integrity. 
• Attend regularly scheduled safety meetings and trainings.
• Retain instructions from Yard Manager.
• Take initiative in learning new tasks.
• Build strong leadership qualities here and at customer site.

NORMAL DAILY WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00AM – 3:00PM
