    Description
    Pride Health is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for our Oncology client in Springfield, Missouri This is a full-time, permanent position


    No nights or weekendsSalary:
    $75k-$90k

    Job Responsibilities:
    Oversee daily operations and clinical activities within the healthcare facility.
    Coordinate and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans and treatment strategies.

    Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, nursing care delivery, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and best practices in nursing care.
    Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, administration, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
    Manage budgetary resources, including staffing levels, equipment, and supplies, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to foster professional growth and development.
    Act as a patient advocate, addressing patient concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting patient satisfaction.

    Job Requirements:

    RN license (Either MO or compact)Nurse Certification is required within 1 year of 's license for travel to satellite offices and offsite of nursing experience in a clinic or hospital setting.experience preferred.
