One of the world's largest automotive companies is searching for a Web Support Specialist to join their Digital Dealership team in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and design support to dealers settingup , maintaining, or optimizing their websites

This opportunity to fine-tune the advertising strategies and online presence of luxury vehicle dealerships across the country begins as an ongoing, W2 contract that offers full benefits including PTO.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage design templates for dealer websites
• Assist dealers in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing their websites and web presence
• Roll out new features and perform root cause analysis on any issues that arise
• Apply web design, UX, and UI principles to capture brand identity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design or Computer Science
• 1-3 years of website design/support experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
