- Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly.
- Examining properties and informing maintenance staff of issues.
- Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities as necessary.
- Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
- Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
- Informing prospective tenants of results.
- Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
- Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
- Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
- Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.
- Any other daily tasks associated with Leasing.
- 1+ years' experience in Single Family Property Management
- Real Estate License preferred, but not required
- Experience with MLS, Propertyware and Rently preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation with valid Driver's License and Insurance
- Independent and selfreliant

High volume Property Management Company is searching for a detailed and proactive Leasing Coordinator to assist in the growth of our company.
A strong ability to problem solve, manage multiple tasks at once, as well as receive direction from multiple team members is a must.
This is a position that will be based in our office in Dallas, TX. Experience and familiarity with _single-family_ home management and leasing is *required*. A current Texas Real Estate license is *required*.*Responsibilities and Duties*Report to Property Manager for weekly tasks and responsibilities.
