    Description

    Looking for an Engineer-RF III Design Engineer at multiple locations ( AR, KS, AZ and CA)

    What you will be doing as an Engineer-RF - III Design Engineer

    • Create site design RFDS and complete plumbing diagrams.
    • Perform radio engineering evaluations for system planning and site acquisition.
    • Evaluate coverage problems and requirements for coverage and capacity cells.
    • Utilize propagation tools and other RF related equipment such as MapInfo Google Earth ATOLL iBwave for site candidate comparison propagation and coverage review and selection zoning and regulatory.
    • Determination of regulatory coverage boundaries for extensions FAA/FCC filings.
    • Review of cell sites and design for upgrades/modifications.
    • Design in-building systems in iBwave
    • Creates search areas and reviews search area candidates within geographic area by taking into consideration performance issues capacity topography and population.
    • Working with the performance team to improve Key Performance Indicators within the area of interest.
    • Prepare necessary zoning justification packages and regulatory filings for sites.
    • Works closely with real estate team to increase efficiency minimize cost and streamline processes related to site acquisition leasing and zoning submissions.
    • Conduct RFE analysis generate required reports and documents and ensure 100 compliance to RFE mitigation standards within the allotted time frame.
    • Determine the required antennas for planned frequencies and their optimal positions.
    • Determine the required cable antennas and equipment to implement macro and small cell wireless network clusters.

    What you will bring to the table as an Engineer-RF - III

    • 5-10 years of experience
    • Advance Experience demonstrated ability to use Atoll iBwave Microsoft Office Suite
    • 4G network design and implementation of tasks and knowledge related to: antennas good understanding of band performance capabilities and limitations.
