    Medical Director Role at BestResponse Intensive Crisis Stabilization Center

    We are seeking a Medical Director to oversee medical services provided to consumers by BestSelf medical staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a New York State Office of Mental Health licensed program and be skilled in the treatment of a broad range of psychiatric illnesses.

    The Medical Director will provide organizational leadership to the medical staff, ensuring high-quality care for all consumers. Key responsibilities include providing medical oversight, team leadership, regulatory compliance, effective cross-collaboration, and policy development.

    The successful candidate will be a Board-certified or eligible Psychiatrist with a minimum of five years of experience working in a similar setting. They will possess strong clinical and administrative skills, including the ability to review clinical care and records for quality and regulatory compliance.
