    What you will do:
    As our Program Manager, Compliance PMO, you will be responsible for

    furthering project

    and portfolio excellence across the Global Compliance and Privacy department. You will be in the Global Compliance & Privacy (GCP) Project Management Office, reporting to the Director, GCP PMO. This department is there to enable positive business results while managing risk cross-functionally and in this position,

    you will lead multiple projects in tandem ; serve as a

    subject management expert in project management,

    including coaching and mentoring others in the department during the delivery of projects and programs; and

    advances the project management capabilities

    of the department through the

    development and delivery of project management tools and resource s.
    You will actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, risk mitigation, decision-excellence and high-quality deliverable achievement.


    To be successful, you must multi-task in a fast-paced environment, influence and work effectively with colleges and leaders across the organization and maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

    While this is a remote role, the expectations are that this role works East Coast business hours.
    Actively manage multiple regional or global projects and programs, to facilitate GCP's achievement of strategic organizational objectives, driving process improvements, business transformations, and technology innovation deployments

    Develop and maintain project infrastructure, including, but not limited to: project charter, project plan and schedule, governance model, resource register, budget, RAID log, communications plan, and lessons learned

    Contribute to project strategy and support the project team make key trade offs and decisions


    Collaborate on the development of the project governance and stakeholder management plan for the project, by identifying, analyzing, and understanding of stakeholder expectations, building relationships, managing expectations, and communicating effectively at different organizational levels.

    Develop risk management plans to actively identify, analyze, and monitor project risks & issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and manage unexpected challenges during project execution

    Organize and facilitate key project-related activities, such as project kick-off, team meetings, collaborative workshops, decision-making processes, project communications, and stage gate reviews

    Coordinate the integration of multiple projects into a unified program timeline, effectively managing interdependencies, addressing potential conflicts, and optimizing resource allocation to drive successful program outcomes

    Influence, mentor, and motivate the project team to ensure team efficiency, cooperation, and morale. In this capacity, serve as an escalation point for issues experienced within the project team and support the resolution of internal conflicts or points of concern

    Engage with project and program stakeholders, including executive sponsors, senior management, functional managers, and external partners, and ensure alignment between the program and the organization's strategic goals

    Manage vendors to deliver discrete project outcomes. Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage contracts effectively

    Contribute to the advancement of the PMO function and its ability to deliver projects which are predictable, sustainable and fit-for-purpose through the creation and improvement of project resources, tools, templates, systems and governance

    Support the management of a portfolio of projects through monitoring and governance

    Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the PMO's project methodology, providing mentorship, coaching and guidance to departmental colleagues on project approach, tools, and resources to build organizational skills and capability in project management and optimize the likelihood of successful project delivery

    Identify opportunities to leverage or contribute to other projects or programs to maximize effectiveness and efficiency

    Design and deploy project management best practices and influence the use of these standards across the global Compliance department


    What you need:
    B.A. or B.S. from accredited university is needed for this role.

    8 years of experience

    5 years working in a highly-regulated industry such as MedTech, FinTech, Pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.

    Project management certification such as PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred.

    Prosci certified change management certification or similar credential is preferred.

    Demonstrated experience and mastery of project management tools, concepts, and methods such as Waterfall and Agile

    Demonstrated experience developing and using project management tools and software

    Demonstrated experience leading process-oriented or technical project implementation

    Demonstrated experience managing multiple regional or global projects through an entire project lifecycle

    Ability to multi-task, manage the time of self, program and project team to navigate competing priorities, varying degrees of project scope clarity, and accelerated timelines

    Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to achieve clear project scope

    Ability to partner, influence, and work with all levels of the organization

    Reasonable flexibility with work schedule to support project coordination needs of a global team

    Experience within Healthcare Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Regulatory/Quality, or Operations function

    Experience with AdvaMed code and other relevant federal and state reporting requirements, and the current activities and developments involving medical device sales and marketing

    Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification or direct process-project management experience

    Experience using Lean methodologies, practical problem-solving, or continuous improvement tools

    $ 98,000 - $210,100

    salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on

    location. Individual

    pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
