Site Manager (Contingent upon contract award) About the Position The Site Manager shall provide overall management coordination and serve as the central point of contact (POC) with the Government for all work under the contract

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the contract professionally.
• Maintain and execute the Solution One Industries' Quality Control (QC) Program
• Coach and mentor supervisors and leads.
• Ensure that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources.
• Ensure that accurate and timely reports are provided.
• Provide effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of services ordered.
• Ensure adherence to standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the safety fields.
• Execute cost-saving factors and quality controls to ensure work is performed as scheduled

Education and Experience :

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The Site Manager shall possess a minimum of five years' experience in warehouse management, end-to-end supply chain management, storage, receiving, pick, pack, local delivery, inventory management.
• The Site Manager experience shall include a minimum of three (3) years of experience using automated warehouse management systems equivalent to DSS, LMP, WMS and Webflis.
• The Site Manager shall possess the knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete the work
