    Recruiting Manager


    About The Recruiting Manager:


    The Recruiting Manager will supervise the recruitment team, track recruiting metrics, work with other departments to ensure recruiting is meeting business needs, all while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Build, update and maintain recruitment procedures/processes that align with the company's hiring needs and business goal.
    Train and supervise the recruiting team on using updated recruiting techniques and tools.
    Collaborate with department managers to understand/set clear hiring goals.
    Track and report the recruiting team's metrics.
    Research and implement new sourcing methods.
    Participate in job fairs and career events.
    Build professional networks that will lead to attracting potential candidates.
    Actively seek to diversify talent and deepen company culture.
    Effectively manage the recruitment process and team.
    Work with department managers to estimate future hiring needs; start hiring early and keep positions filled
    Research the best job advertising techniques.
    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

    Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    Communicate recruiting objectives/daily focus, motivate, and support the recruiting team.


    Qualifications & Required Skills:
    Recruitment Management experience a plus
    Strong leadership and team management skills
    Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently
    Knowledge of social media and professional networks
    Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently.

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
    HS diploma, GED or equivalent
    Bachelor's degree in business administration or management preferred
    Proficiency with office software
