- Integration of aircraft components, particularly related to the airframe.
- Experience with avionics or hydraulic tubing.
- Experience with Swedgelock or Ringlock systems is highly desirable.
- 5-8 years of experience required for this level III position.
- Manufacture, assemble, and test aerospace components as per written procedures.
- Set up new production areas, including tooling and equipment.
- Assist with the transition from development to production.
- Conduct verifications and inspections of hardware according to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct malfunctions through modification, rework, repair, and maintenance.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Operate a variety of material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, and other ground support equipment.
- Utilize precision tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers.
- Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
- Engage in routine maintenance and support 5S and ESD practices.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Maintain professionalism and a commitment to inclusion.
- Industry certification or trade school training in a related field.
- Experience in fluid and tubing installation, electrical harness routing, or general aerospace/vehicle assembly.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
