    Description

    Job Title: Integration Technician III

    Compensation: $38.50 per hour

    Location: Onsite Merritt Island, FL

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (B Shift).

    Technical Skills Needed:

    1. Integration of aircraft components, particularly related to the airframe.
    2. Experience with avionics or hydraulic tubing.
    3. Experience with Swedgelock or Ringlock systems is highly desirable.
    4. 5-8 years of experience required for this level III position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manufacture, assemble, and test aerospace components as per written procedures.
    • Set up new production areas, including tooling and equipment.
    • Assist with the transition from development to production.
    • Conduct verifications and inspections of hardware according to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct malfunctions through modification, rework, repair, and maintenance.
    • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
    • Operate a variety of material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, and other ground support equipment.
    • Utilize precision tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers.
    • Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
    • Engage in routine maintenance and support 5S and ESD practices.
    • Work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • Maintain professionalism and a commitment to inclusion.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Industry certification or trade school training in a related field.
    • Experience in fluid and tubing installation, electrical harness routing, or general aerospace/vehicle assembly.
    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
    • Military experience is a plus.
