- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to data entry.
- Perform 3 way match of inventory invoices.
- Generate vouchers for service vendors after receiving approval.
- Review and process expense reimbursement reports.
- Generate a weekly payment run by payment type.
- Obtain payment approvals
- Verify payment methods
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and request monthly vendor statements
- Work with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support Accounting team by maintaining and providing records for internal and external auditors
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
