    Marketing Director (Liaison) Job Overview:

    The Marketing Director (Liaison) is responsible for developing and cultivating new patient prospects for admission to the facility. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining relations with community partners, family members, and facility personnel.

    Marketing Director (Liaison) Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 1 year of experience.
    • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
    • Be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as must be willing to handle residents, staff, and visitors, based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
    • Must be able to maintain strong working relationships with hospital Social Workers, Doctors and other members of the healthcare professional community.

    Marketing Director (Liaison) Responsibilities:

    • Interview residents/guardians/sponsors and obtaining required admission information.
    • Assist in resident admission orientation program.
    • Maintain an accurate record of available beds and census.
    • Abstract information from records as authorized/required for insurance companies.
    • Notify staff when the resident has arrived at the facility to escort the resident to assigned room.
    • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including protected health information.
    • Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information.
    • Develop, schedule, and guide tours/personnel throughout the facility.
    • Keep a supply of brochures and other printed materials readily available.
    • Maintain an adequate liaison with families, residents, residents, and the community.
    • Plan and implement special events that serve to advance staff, resident, and community relations.
    • Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, etc., as approved.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
