- Warehouse Forklift Operators (MHE Operators) will use various forklifts to maintain warehouse stock and assist in loading transport trucks for shipment
- They are responsible for unloading products by hand or through using equipment, staging products to fulfill customer orders
- Assist in organizing and maintaining existing inventory in an accurate manner
- Providing exemplary teamwork to their coworkers
- Preference is given to candidates who are licensed or hold previous experience driving a forklift
- Overtime hours are available and sometimes required during the busier times of the year.
- 2 years of recent warehouse and/or forklift experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Must possess a strong understanding of teamwork, communication, and customer service
- Able to lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 70lbs
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Sumner, WA: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Forklift: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing)
