We have a current opportunity for a IT Lead on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Boston. For further information about this position please apply.

Full Time/ Direct Hire ONLY - No C2C or C2H

On-site / Boston, MA - 5 days a week in office

Requirements:

Extensive experience automating routine tasks and optimizing work flows using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python

Firm understanding of project management principles and methodologies to lead initiatives aimed at improving IT services

Experience developing and training to up skill Helpdesk team and educate end users

Experience implementing innovation solutions and improvements to IT services

Experience with JIRA, Confluence or other ticketing systems to manage work flows, documentation

Experience with cybersecurity tools and understanding best practices

Responsibilities:

Elevate end user experience by identifying and implementing process enhancements

Manage daily operations, guiding Helpdesk engineers to ensure high quality support and communication

Lead documentation solutions to reduce downtime

Innovate employee work flows and technology use

Improve efficiency by bringing new technologies and work flows

Oversee and improve key on-boarding and off-boarding processes
