    Seeking a Compensation/Benefits Coordinator for our client This role is responsible for performing general administrative duties in support of the Benefits and Compensation function in the Human Resources Department

    Type:
    Temporary (6-months)

    Pay:
    $22.50/hrLocation: Middlesex County, NJ*Hybrid Role*Responsibilities:Collect and organize employee data for group plans, prepare payment vouchers, and reconcile monthly billings.
    Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personnel files, both electronic (using Dynafile) and paper-based.

    Execute daily benefits tasks such as uploading files to vendor sites and updating the compensation and benefits webpages on the Intranet.

    Coordinate benefits-related meetings, webinars, and seminars.
    Assist the Benefits Specialist in 401(K) annual audits and compliance testing.
    Analyze employee benefits utilization and prepare weekly wellness emails for employees.
    Update employee Paid Time Off (PTO) records and communicate changes.
    Manage the Tuition Reimbursement program.
    Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to assess competitive positioning.
    Provide administrative support to HR personnel and handle daily HR mail distribution.
    Maintain name changes in PeopleSoft and perform additional assigned duties.


    Qualifications:


    2 years of HR experience, with 1 year in benefits administrationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of management.

    Proficiency in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Office Suite)Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
