EAU Holdings is looking for a Rotational Specialist to work in and learn all about
our various business entities in the Manitowish Waters, WI area.
Position Responsibilities:
Train in multiple customer service-focused positions.
Provide daily support handling customer inquiries and transactions.
Complete rotations through training and working in many EAU Holdings businesses: The Lodge, Smokey's, The MAC, Retail Shops and Dixie's Coffee House.
Demonstrate proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and analysis of information.Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist with implementation.
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree
preferred.
Customer-facing experience
required.
Highly flexible and willing to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
