    **IT Support Specialist**

    ****Responsibilities:****

    Helping ensure Guru employees' software and hardware run like clockwork

    Attending meetings and liaising with senior stakeholders

    Documenting internal support articles and processes

    Keeping our asset management system up to date

    On-boarding new Guru employees

    Working on projects that improve our systems and operations

    Working on internal security processes and practices

    ****Requirements:****

    3+ years of experience in a technical or IT desktop support role

    A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and exceptional communication skills

    Motivated by the satisfaction of working things out for yourself

    Maintain a proactive mindset by constantly exploring new opportunities for improvement

    Passion for creating amazing experiences for your colleagues

    Ability to work independently while also being a team player

    Champion of technology and capable of understanding complex issues

    Solid working knowledge of macOS

    High level of proficiency with Slack

    Demonstrated patience
