    *Job Description:

    *RN to patient ratio*:

    • 1:4, ranging from young adult to geriatric
    *Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
    • Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
    • Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
    • Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
    • Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
    • Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
    *Skills:

    • Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing preferred.
    • Associate degree in nursing is considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program
    *Education:· Required: RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS,
