We are looking for a lead software development engineer who can lead a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for our clients.
You will also mentor and coach your team members, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
ResponsibilitiesLead a team of software engineers to deliver software projects on time and within the estimated timelinesManage the development of scalable, reliable, and secure software systems that meet the client's requirements and expectationsImplement and enforce code quality, testing, and documentation standards and practicesReview and approve code, design, and architecture decisions made by the teamProvide technical guidance and feedback to the team members and resolve any technical issues or challengesCollaborate with architects, project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the project scope, goals, and deliverablesCommunicate and report the project status, progress, and risks to the senior management and clientsResearch and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve the software development process and performanceMinimum Requirements
