Position Title: Director of Growth and Partnerships
Location: 11821 East Freeway, Suite 500, Houston, TX 77029
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: In-Person
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually, plus performance bonus

The Director of Growth & Partnerships exists to solve this problem by building and running EHCEC's growth engine day to day.
This role ensures the organization can generate diversified, trackable revenue through disciplined execution, strong partnerships, and systems — not heroics.
This is not a strategy role.
The strategy is already defined.
This is an execution and ownership role responsible for turning strategy into results.
THE ROLE
The Director of Growth & Partnerships is responsible for building, running, and improving EHCEC's growth engine.
This role is not defined by hustle or personal heroics.
It is defined by pipeline ownership, follow-through, systems discipline, and results.
You will:
