    As a Senior Talent Partner at Fandom, you will spearhead our mission to identify and attract top-tier talent in a fast-paced, high-growth tech landscape, with a special emphasis on the media and entertainment industry.

    You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, maintain robust candidate pipelines, and employ a data-centric approach to ensure we attract the best talent available.

    This role reports to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.
    Develop comprehensive sourcing plans, understanding role requirements to pinpoint target candidate profiles.
    Be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
    Drive talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis to ensure a robust and competitive talent pipeline.
    Regularly manage pipeline activity, uphold data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders and TA leaders.
    Lead meetings and initiatives that aim to improve and scale our recruiting operations and processes continuously.
    Forge meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders, including Recruiting, HR, Operations, and Hiring teams.

    7+ years of recruiting experience, either with a search firm or in-house team, including sourcing and building candidate pipelines.

    ~Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (Fandom uses Greenhouse), data management, reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools.
    ~ Experience fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams.
    ~ Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
    ~ A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring strategies.
    ~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
