    Job Title: Financial Analyst

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our corporate office, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our rapidly expanding medical practice network.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to analyze medical practice performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
    • Working closely with senior leaders to inform business decisions across various functions, including finance, operations, and clinical research.
    • Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and other data-driven tools to support strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Analyzing financial statements, identifying areas for cost savings, and recommending process improvements.

    You will have exposure to various areas of the business, including finance, corporate operations, and special projects, giving you a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic organization.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields, along with 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling.

    In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about growth, innovation, and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

    Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
