    • Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity
    • Work at the direction of the Director of Technical Services and Special Projects
    • Internal and external Customer communication as required
    • Learn and utilize (Matterport, Hover, RMS, Xactimate, Symbility, etc.)
    • Competent use of Beacon 3D+(Hover) to provide roof and elevation data for estimating purposes.
    • Assist with updating 3rd party programs online to ensure compliance with program service standards
    • Support Sales/Production with maintaining required documentation in RMS and other designated software
    • Photograph homes and businesses
    • Upload photos to Xactimate estimating software with labeling as instructed
    • Enter estimate line-item details using Xactimate to provide rough draft estimates
    • Generate sketch floor plans within Xactimate estimating software
    • Provide periodic Matterport services - to include harvest and storage of scanned links
    • Assist with updating 3rd party programs online to ensure compliance with program service standards
    • Create graphical work scopes utilizing Microsoft Publisher as requested
    • Maintain and obtain additional IICRC certifications, when requested
    • Stay up to date with technologies, equipment, processes, building products, etc.
    • Proactive communication with management and team leaders
    • Identify and report safety concerns when on site at losses or at office
    • Operate and maintain Paul Davis vehicle when required
    • Additional job duties as required Requirements
    • 2 years of experience in related field preferred
    • Building construction knowledge and experience
    • Knowledge of practices & procedures in water, fire, and mold trades
    • Efficient in Xactimate, Simbility, Outlook, CRM, Excel, Microsoft Suite
    • Ability to plan and organize
    • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
    • Excellent Customer service skills
    • Camera/lighting experience is a plus
    • Able to enter areas of fire, smoke, mold, sewage, etc.
    • Able to climb ladders, access roofs, access attics
    • Able to work additional hours when needed-expected to be on-call based on a rotation basis.
    • Valid driver's license
    Successful completion of pre-employment testingEducation: 2-year Technical Degree Preferred or Equivalent ExperienceExperience: Entry LevelPhysical Demands:

    • Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (occasionally lbs.
    • May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull.
    • Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
    • Ability to work in confined spaces.
    • Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
    • Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
    • Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutionsThis position requires a professional appearance and demeanor to be maintained at all times.
