    **CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

    Position Summary

    The role is responsible for ensuring all flight and ground operations are properly supported daily to maintain mission flight status. Principal duties of this position will include management of life support for all site personnel, tracking and transport synchronization of personnel rotations, proper onboarding of new personnel to site, development of personnel scheduling to support flight operations, and administrative actions to support flight compliance based on company policies and local operation procedures. This position will report directly to the Site Lead and will be prepared to assist in any supplementary duties as required to support operational requirements.

    Essential Functions and Competency Statements
    • Deliver effective sustainment management including transportation, housing life support, and any local access requirements, to allow personnel to focus on assigned duties
    • Establish local support relationships to facilitate timely operations and rapidly respond to emergency situations.
    • Provide daily personnel scheduling support for flight and ground operations.
    • Administer compliance records tracking management to provide concise organization to Site Lead.
    • Maintain continuous tracking and execution of t for personnel rotations.
    • Facilitate open communication between site, headquarters, and respective personnel regarding rotational requirements and ensure timely execution thereof.
    • Deliver a supportive onboarding function to all personnel to enhance the operational environment.
    • Execute secondary audit oversight for all policy and procedures compliance to support Site Lead and provide enhancement recommendations accordingly.
    • Completes all administratively required forms and documents on schedule.
    • Ensure site compliance with all Operations Security (OPSEC) and Communications Security (COMSEC) requirements.
    • Must have the faculty to thoroughly understand and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
    • Advanced level of personnel management experience through previous leadership roles.
    • Possess experience in delivering sustainment support to personnel and operations.
    • Ability to operate independently under limited supervision in a remote environment.
    • Excellent communication and relation development skills, with effective verbal and written delivery.
    • Commitment to detail and desire to uphold all to standard.
    • Ability to fulfill leadership duties for short durations as operationally required.
    Supervisory Responsibility
    This role may have supervisory responsibilities.

    Work Environment
    During deployment, employees will be living under field conditions and must be able to work with little supervision in austere or arduous environments. Work environment varies widely based on geographic location of contract operations.

    Physical Demands
    This position has the following physical ability requirements.

    Expected Hours of Work
    The daily working hours for this position vary Monday through Sunday. Hours and work shifts may vary in accordance with business needs. You will be scheduled to forward deploy/work approximately 60-75 days OCONUS followed by rotation off-site for approximately 60-75 days. Rotation schedule might be adjusted to meet program requirements.

    Travel
    Travel requirements are 50% - OCONUS deployment.

    Required Education, Experience and Certificates
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Management, Aviation, or 8+ years of related work experience.
    • Experience: 10+ years of aviation management experience.
    Certificates and Licenses:
    • Valid Drivers License
    • Must have a current US Passport
    Computer Skills:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    Preferred Education, Experience and Certificates
    • Education: Masters degree in Management, Aviation, or 12+ years of related work experience.
    • Experience:
      1. 4+ years of prior overseas rotation experience.
    Additional Eligibility Qualifications
    • Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance.
    • Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.
    Work Authorization/Security Clearance
    • Employee must be a US citizen.
    • Employee must be able to hold and maintain a Top Secret (or higher) Clearance Level
