    Responsibilities: Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. Create sales or service contracts for products or services. Drive, develop, execute, and monitor License Compliance Engagement strategy to meet and exceed revenue plan. Identify and capture sales opportunities with existing or new customers who have under-licensed Autodesk software product. Assist customers in determining and purchasing correct levels of Autodesk licenses. Drive compliance reconciliation purchases and use compliance as a compelling event in consolidation purchases. Develop a cross-functional approach for reconciliation. Leverage a clear understanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contracts and territories legal framework tips. Understanding of Industry Software Inventory Tools and Scanning Methods to collect data. Use tools and apps to track all leads, opportunities, activities and results in line with global License Compliance guidelines. Research and identify under-licensed accounts and work with sales team to develop a sales approach and strategy to reconcile customer accounts. Understand legal compliance framework and exercising high level judgment, develops and communicates both written and oral messages in selling and persuading customers to purchase software license and presenting liability problems if remain under licensed. Work with third-party auditing firms to complete remote and on-site audits of customers; analyzes results of audit to determine negotiating position; assist sales in closing enterprise compliance deals. Has skills in C Level and Board of Directors business agreements and difficult conversations. Develop pipeline of Enterprise compliance targets to meet revenue expectations. Structure and implement Enterprise Compliance programs by industry segments. Advance skills in the process of developing an effective licensing position, by analyzing software entitlement information and comparing it to the software deployment data to build a business strategy. Develop comprehensive Enterprise compliance content for existing license compliance web site. Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sited throughout the U.S. and abroad.


    Minimum Requirements :

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a technology sales/sales engineering-related occupation.

    Special Requirements :

    Position requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:+ Software licensing models, license agreements and contracts and territories legal framework tips.+ Obtaining C Level and Board of Directors business agreements and having difficult conversations with this leadership level.+ Understanding legal compliance framework and exercising high level judgement, and developing, and communicating both written and oral messages in selling and persuading customers to purchase software license and presenting liability problems if remaining under the license.+ Collaborating with local sales organization and legal department on development and implementation of strategies and tactics for license compliance programs.+ Using tools and applications to track all leads, opportunities, activities, and results in accordance with license compliance and sales guidelines.+ Driving, developing, executing, and monitoring license compliance engagement strategy to meet and exceed revenue plans assigned.+ Driving compliance reconciliation purchases and uses compliance as a compelling event in consolidation purchases.+ Consistently exceeding quota in a structured, disciplined, sales environment that includes strategic and collaborative/team selling.+ Industry Software Inventory Tools and Scanning Methods to collect data.+ Collaborating with the channel to execute customer remediation and to assist customer in licensing best practices for the future.+ Data, report building (BI tools), and business analysis skills.+ Prospecting, qualifying, scoping, and closing deals with a customer focus.

    Salary transparency ?Salary is one part of Autodesks competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $135,572 - $180,880/year. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location.

    In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
