Job Overview
The primary objective is generating consistent lead flow and closing profitable roofing projects.
The right candidate will know how to launch marketing that produces results and convert opportunities into signed contracts at strong margins. If you are confident in your ability to generate business and close deals, this role offers significant income and long-term ownership upside.
I am seeking a true business operator to take control of the daily operations, growth, and profitability of an established residential roofing company in South Florida.
This is not an employment position.
This is a profit-share partnership opportunity for an experienced roofing professional who wants to run a business, not work a job.
The Opportunity:
- Established roofing company with nearly 20 years of history
- Residential re-roofs and repairs (with room to expand into commercial)
- General Contractor's license available to unlock additional revenue
- No startup costs, no ground-up build — you step into an existing operation
- Significant upside tied directly to performance and profitability
- Long-term exit planned, with opportunity to participate in or purchase the business
You will have full operational authority and my full support where needed.
Your income will be directly tied to how well you grow and manage the business.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build equity without starting a company from zero.
Growth Vision & Exit Opportunity
The goal is to grow the company to approximately $3M–$5M+ in annual revenue and pursue a strategic sale.
The right candidate will have:
- Right of first refusal to purchase the business
- Opportunity to receive a percentage of sale proceeds
- Potential pathway to ownership (up to 49%) after proven performance
This creates significant long-term upside beyond normal compensation.
Current Stage & Expectations:
The business currently has minimal active lead flow, so this role requires a builder mentality and hands-on execution initially.
There is no large internal staff at the moment, so the person stepping into this role must be comfortable personally driving:
- Marketing execution
- Inspections and estimates
- Sales and closing
- Operational organization
As revenue grows, staff will be added accordingly.
An initial 60 day trial period will focus on measurable results, traction, and momentum.
Immediate Priority: Revenue Growth
The most important objective in this role is generating consistent lead flow and closing profitable projects.
The person stepping into this position must be confident in their ability to:
- Launch and manage effective lead generation strategies
- Identify the highest-ROI marketing channels quickly
- Convert opportunities into signed contracts at strong margins
- Create predictable sales momentum
This role is heavily performance-driven in the early phase. Strong sales ability and marketing judgment are critical.
If you are not comfortable personally generating leads and closing deals, this role will not be a good fit.

Core Responsibilities:
- Own lead generation, marketing, and sales performance
- Perform inspections, estimates, and close projects
- Oversee production, scheduling, vendors, and crews
- Ensure jobs are profitable and well-managed
- Build and improve systems across operations
- Track KPIs and financial performance
- Build team structure as company grows
- Manage the business as if it were your own
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven ability to generate roofing leads through marketing or networking
- Strong closing skills with a track record of profitable sales
- 5+ years roofing industry experience
- Leadership and operational ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality
- Comfortable in performance-based compensation environment
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Local to Broward / Palm Beach County
- Able to perform roof inspections physically
Compensation Structure:
- Profit share based on company performance
- 8% of gross profit on jobs personally sold
- Significant earning potential as revenue scales
- Long-term ownership and exit participation opportunity
One replacement sale per week can create meaningful income under this structure.
This opportunity is best suited for someone confident in their ability to generate revenue and close deals.

Pay: $100, $250,000.00 per year
