Description
Do you have a background in manufacturing and a high mechanical aptitude? Do you feel comfortable building relationships and providing customer service? Doherty Career Solutions is partnering with a local Alexandria, MN company as they search for a Technical Customer Support professional.
Mechanical aptitude and experience are a must Communicate customer's expectations and follow order through to fulfillment.In conjunction with the Outside Sales team, drive timely implementation of both vendor and market driven price increases. identify and recommend process and product improvements.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years customer service experience; and subject matter expert in at least one industrial product line (ex. Strong customer service, technical skills, effective written and oral communication skills, ability to define and resolve problems.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.
