Summary -Develops strategic recruitment plan and manages full life cycle recruitment efforts to support the staffing needs of the organization.
– HS Required. Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience
– At least 3 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
– Recruiting and interviewing skills. Phone, Zoom, and online meeting platform skills. Supports workplace diversity. Familiarity with relevant employment Law. Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
