    Description
    Develop and implement operational and maintenance procedures for electronic equipment and systems in a high-volume semiconductor wafer manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot, repair, and test semiconductor equipment. Responsible for reducing defectivity by Identifying and reducing recurrent machine faults.

    Generate, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data and produce a timely action plan to resolve recurring equipment failures Improving tool utilization and availability via Reducing cost and scrap.

    Develop and write specifications Implement Six-Sigma statistical process control methods. Define tool maintenance procedures while Sourcing and installing new equipment. Supporting development activities by Participating in and/or leading cross-functional and lean activity teams, and Training technicians and peers.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.
    One (1) year of experience in applicable semiconductor field such as job offered, Engineering Technician or similar occupations.


    Required skills:

    Position requires one (1) year of experience in:Manufacturing tools/processes;Electrical and mechanical schematics;PLC's and Motor control performance analysis;Pneumatics and sensors;RF Generator testing and calibration; andMayan Programming.
