The Wire Cutting Specialist is responsible for the precise measurement, cutting, labeling, and fulfillment of customer wire orders supporting commercial projects, contractors, and industrial clients.
This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, production accountability, and the ability to operate industrial cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

The Wire Cutting Specialist is responsible for the precise measurement, cutting, labeling, and fulfillment of customer wire orders supporting commercial projects, contractors, and industrial clients.
This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, production accountability, and the ability to operate industrial cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately interpret work orders and determine correct reel size, wire type, gauge, and color.
- Safely load, unload, and operate industrial wire cutting machinery.
- Measure and cut wire to exact specifications.
- Maintain 99%+ order accuracy standards.
- Properly label all completed cuts with customer and project information.
- Monitor material levels and restock wire cutting racks.
- Identify and communicate production inefficiencies or safety concerns.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the wire room.
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, industrial equipment operation, or skilled trade environments preferred.
- Forklift certification or experience required.
- Strong mathematical ability and mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
