- assessing, diagnosing, treating communication and swallowing disorders in children birth to 3 years old
- have considerable knowledge of speech delays and/or communication disorders in children birth to 3 years old
- participating in initial and ongoing developmental assessments, Individual Family Services Plan (IFSP) planning and communicating with an interdisciplinary team regarding progress and changes as needed with ECI client
- traveling to child's natural environment to provide services
- engage and train parents on treatments and strategies to assist in their child's progression and development
- proficiency with computers and programs such as Excel, Word, Google Drive, and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- clinical documentation that meets Medicaid and state requirements.
- Self-directed work, individually or with a team
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
- Valid Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist or CFY Intern
- Previous experience in pediatric clinical and home health settings (preferred)
