Tennessee Donor Services is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives Our mission at TDS is to save lives through organ donation and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work Tennessee Donor Services is seeking a Hospital Development Coordinator to join our team in Nashville If you have expertise in healthcare sales/marketing public relations or have experience as a pharmaceutical representative this may be an ideal position for you to help save and improve lives Company Overview And Mission Tennessee Donor Services is a designated organ procurement organization within the state of Tennessee – and is a member of the DCI Donor Services family For over four decades DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list Our unique approach allows for nationwide donation transplantation and distribution of organs tissues while maintaining close ties with local communities Responsibilities Develops implements strategic plans hospitals maximize organ/tissue potential Engages physicians nurses coroner/medical examiner staff facilitate organ/tissue donation champions process improvement initiatives Serves liaison hospital staff during donation process ensuring effective communication between hospital donor's family organization Documents all interactions medical facilities Performs other duties assigned The Ideal Candidate Will Have Bachelor's degree healthcare administration public health related field 2 years marketing experience preferably within medical donation industry related experience required Understanding healthcare system hospital operations CPTC preferred Working knowledge computers Microsoft Office applications Valid Driver's license ability pass MVR underwriting requirements We Offer Competitive Compensation Package Including Up 184 hours PTO first year Up 72 hours Sick Time first year Medical Plans choice PPO HDHP Dental Vision Coverage 403 plan matching contribution Company provided term life AD&D long-term disability insurance Wellness Program Supplemental insurance benefits accident coverage short-term disability Discounts home/auto/renter/pet insurance Cell phone discounts Verizon Monthly phone stipend New employees must have their first dose COVID-19 vaccine by potential start date supply proof vaccination You will receive confirmation e-mail upon successful submission application Next step selection process complete video screening Instructions complete video screening contained confirmation e-mail Please note - you must complete video screening days from submission application considered position Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Hospitals Health Care
