- Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and listening to their stories as transactions are completed within the POS registers, while also ensuring store stock and cleanliness
- Proficient in sales techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as items on the menu
- Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
- Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
- Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
- Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
- Preform other job-duties as requested
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- One (1) year food and beverage experience in a similar resort setting
- One (1) year customer service experience
- Experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
