    THE JOB:

    As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

    STARTING RATE:14.63 plus tips

    THE DAY-TO-DAY:

    • Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and listening to their stories as transactions are completed within the POS registers, while also ensuring store stock and cleanliness
    • Proficient in sales techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as items on the menu
    • Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
    • Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
    • Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
    • Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
    • Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.
    • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
    • Preform other job-duties as requested

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
    • High school diploma, or equivalent

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    • One (1) year food and beverage experience in a similar resort setting
    • One (1) year customer service experience
    • Experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
