Job Summary

This position is responsible for billing and related functions for iHeartMedia's radio stations across the U.S., comprising invoicing for 858 broadcast radio stations in more than 150 markets. Interact with Sales, internal departments, and clients regarding billing-related items. Ensures all deadlines are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize, while working in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

Review pre-invoicing reports and work with local markets to resolve potential errors

Sign/Notarize/Deliver invoices based on billing cycle, within established SLA

Complete invoice tracking audits in a timely manner

Research and respond to billing inquiries from Sales, Finance, internal departments, and clients within established SLA

Coach local markets on correct order entry to ensure accurate invoicing

Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, within established SLA

Build and maintain professional relationships with iHeartMedia's business partners

Provide quality customer service to both internal & external clients

Education

High School Diploma and 2+ year degree in business management/accounting preferred, but not required

Experience

2-4 years or relevant experience with emphasis on reconciling, billing, and invoicing

Media Billing experience a plus, but not required
