Missouri Ozarks Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center with the goal of providing high- quality health care services accessible to all.

We operate six medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics in south-central Missouri located in Ava, Gainesville, Mansfield, Mountain Grove, Cabool, and Houston.

Our team has provided care to patients since 1997 and continues to grow and expandWe are currently accepting applications for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

As the CFO, you will be responsible for managing the overall accounting functions, financial analysis and management, facilitating the annual financial audit, and all other federal, state, and financial regulatory reporting requirements.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Implement and enforce the organizations financial strategiesB. Assist in developing growth strategies for alternative revenue sourcesC. Management of the organizations accounting, billing, grants management, and IT functionsD. Prepare and present the monthly financial statementsE. Facilitate the annual financial audit and provide all supporting documentation requestedF. Prepare and submit the IRS Form 990G. Prepare and approve the annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reportsH. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the organizations internal controlsI. Responsible for creating and enforcing internal audit proceduresJ. Responsible for updating and maintaining all accounting and billing policiesK. Monitors and improves the organizations revenue cycle management (RCM)L. Responsible for routine and annual financial grant reportingM. Provides data analysis, projections, and/or other reporting, as neededN.

All other duties as assigned by the CEOQUALIFICATIONS:
A. Bachelors degree in accounting from an accredited university requiredB. A minimum of five years of accounting experience required, preferably in the healthcare fieldC. A minimum of three years of leadership and/or management experience requiredD. A strong working knowledge of current generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)E. Strong written and verbal communication skillsF. Detail oriented and has the ability to multi-taskG.

The ability to work well with others in a team environmentAbility to hear, speak, see, walk, kneel, bend, and lift 25 pounds.
