Our team of highly experienced professionals and consulting professionals are skilled in financial and tax-related issues that impact both individuals and businesses.

In addition to serving local clients, we also work with national and international accounting and tax clients.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Manager at Carmines, Robbins & Company, PLC - CPAs & Business Consultants located in Newport News, VA, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

The Tax Manager will be responsible for reviewing tax returns, planning, compliance, and ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.

This role will involve working with other team members and, occasionally, directly with clients.

QualificationsExpertise in Tax Planning, Compliance, and PreparationIn-depth knowledge of Tax Laws and RegulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients and colleaguesProficiency in Ultra Tax CS is a plusCPA or EA certification is preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a tax-related role is preferred
