- Work in an inpatient rehabilitation unit at a community hospital
- Day shift schedule: 5x8 hour shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Open to local candidates at the same rate
- Candidates must not have been employed by the facility within the previous 12 months
- Facility is a drug- and tobacco-free workplace; smoking is not allowed on campus
- Natural nail policy is enforced
- Not all holidays are guaranteed off; time-off requests must be submitted for consideration
- Team members are expected not to work over 40 hours per week without managerial approval
- Pre-employment fingerprinting is required for select specialty areas as per Virginia state code
- Active State OT license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 12 months experience as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient setting
- Graduation from an accredited OT program (diploma, associate, or BSN accepted; ACEN or CCNE accreditation required)
