Responsibilities:

• Possess experience in providing real-time system operational statistics for proactive management of network services.

Possess experience in providing Configuration Management, Fault Management, Systems Administration, Database Configuration Control, and Documentation support services to include:

• Monitor and respond to Fault Monitoring Management services.
• Collect data by monitoring and analysis of network behavior and report such data as required by Air Force/DoD customers.
• Provide Systems Administration and routine Systems Maintenance for systems, servers, workstations, peripherals, communications devices, and software ensuring they are on-line and supported.
• Ensure servers, workstations, peripherals, communications device, and operating system/application software are properly configured for network operation, are on-line, optimized, and are available to customers.
• Assign and maintain user IDs and passwords

Administer user privileges on the system.

• Work with the network or security operations center and network control center to implement network security policies and procedures, software patches and security fixes, as well as test and validate the proper operation and configuration with appropriate patches and fixes, as required above, prior to restoring any device to the network.
• Possess knowledge of common base-level (Air Force) communication and IT systems as well as familiarity with Air Force Instructions (17 and 33 series), especially 33-115v1

Required:

• Associate degree in a Computer Science related field or the equivalent combination of at least four (4) years of related education, professional training, or work experience.
• Minimum Educations & Experience Level I - BS (or equivalent ) plus 2 years' experience
• At least two (2) years of experience in Systems Administration (preferably in Air Force environment).
• IAT Level II certification in accordance with DoD M (i.e., Sec+ CE [MCSA]).
• Hands On experience with VMWare, VDI and Linux
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
• Must be a US Citizen As a federal contractor Axiologic Solutions and its employees must comply with customer worksite requirements, which requires that federal contract employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be required to test weekly
